After Purchase


1) Important Emails
  • The "Welcome" email contains your client area login.
  • The "New Account Information" is emailed to you within 24 hours of payment completion. Please save and/or print it. This email contains all the details needed for accessing your account, ECH Shoppe Creator administration, Cpanel and temporary addresses.
2) Domain Name Servers (DNS)
  • If you purchased your domain name through us your DNS will automatically be setup for you.
  • If you purchased your domain name elsewhere. Review our tutorial on how to change your nameservers (DNS).
2) Mals Setup
  • We create a basic Mals-e account when you sign up for hosting. Mals-e will email you your login information.
  • We perform a basic account setup for you. However, you may want to define your shipping, sales tax and chose the payment methods you offer your customers. 
  • Paypal Users: For remote call to your site, you will need a Paypal business account. You can use standard Paypal account but your inventory control, order logs and sales on your site admin will not be automatically updated.
